- to submit a photo, post it on our Facebook wall at  (www.facebook.com/soleus.running) 
- one winning photo will be chosen each week to receive a free Soleus running watch of their choice
- winners will be notified via Facebook
- contest runs until April 14, 2013 at midnight CST
- total of 5 winners will be chosen

File Type and Size Requirements:
- minimum size of 400px x 400px (approx 5.5" x5.5")
- .JPG/.JPEG/.PNG/.TIFF







TERMS and CONDITIONS for submitting a photo to Soleus:
1. By submitting your photographs you agree to grant ADAO GLOBAL, L.L.C. dba Soleus a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your photograph worldwide and/or to incorporate your photograph in other works and publications in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your photograph. If you do not want to grant to Soleus the rights set out above, please do not submit your photograph.
2. Further to paragraph 1 above, by submitting your photograph to Soleus you: A. warrant that your photograph is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to Soleus for all the purposes specified above; B. warrant that your photograph does not infringe any law;C. agree to indemnify Soleus against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by it as a result of your breach of the above warranties; and D. agree to waive any moral rights in your photographs for the purposes of its submission to and publication by Soleus and for the purposes specified above.
3. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Texas and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Texas state court of appropriate jurisdiction.
